3. Eligibility and Account Registration

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment Process

Course enrollment is complete when you submit your registration and we confirm your enrollment via email. Course availability is subject to minimum enrollment requirements and instructor availability.

4.2 Course Fees

All course fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are due at the time of enrollment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Fees include instruction, course materials, and specified support services.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified during enrollment. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors.

4.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel enrollment and receive a full refund if notice is provided at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has begun.

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course session.

5. Course Participation and Conduct

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled course sessions. Absences should be reported in advance when possible. We may provide make-up materials for missed sessions at our discretion, but cannot guarantee individual instruction for missed content.

5.2 Participant Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal financial information
• Arrive on time for sessions
• Avoid disruptive behavior during instruction
• Use course materials solely for personal educational purposes

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these conduct standards without refund.

5.3 Course Completion

Participants who attend all sessions and complete required exercises will receive a certificate of completion. Completion does not constitute professional certification or licensing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, materials, and resources provided by Truepoint Learning, including but not limited to course curricula, workbooks, templates, presentations, videos, and written materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our content.

6.2 License to Use Materials

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our materials
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Record or photograph course sessions without prior written permission

6.3 Participant-Created Content

You retain ownership of personal financial plans and worksheets you create using our templates. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized versions of your work for educational purposes, provided no personally identifiable information is disclosed.

7. Educational Nature of Services

7.1 Not Financial Advice

Our courses provide general financial education and are not personalized financial advice. Course content does not constitute recommendations to buy, sell, or hold specific securities, investments, or financial products.

7.2 No Professional Relationship

Participation in our courses does not create a financial advisor-client relationship, fiduciary duty, or professional services engagement. Participants should consult licensed professionals for personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.

7.3 Individual Responsibility

12. Termination
